The objective of this blog is to keep a record for Sue and I for the motorhome trips. There might be some bits that are of interest to others – but, then again, there might not.
Sue’s family all call her Dud. When he was a youngster, her brother, John, could not pronounce ‘Sue’ and it came out as ‘Dud’. We have the registration DUD plus Sue’s birthday on the MoHo. Dud had long wheelbase Shoguns for years and we got the plate for one of those but swapped it to the MoHo when we, sadly, had to get rid of the last of the Shoguns.
Ellie is our Airedale Terrier. That is just one of her names. Her KC pedigree name is Harpham Aliona – the breeder, was based in Harpham near Brid and Ellie was born Dec 9 2013 when Strictly Come Dancing finals were upon us and Aliona was one of the dancers.
There are a few other names – probably the most common is “you little shit” – which we use when she eats the wallpaper or when she barks at the candlesticks in the hearth.
It’s me that writes the blog.
I like to spend a bit of time editing the videos so the YouTube channel is often behind where we have actually visited.
